The Role:
This role will see you take a hands‑on leadership position in the delivery of a major community project, working closely with senior leaders, consultants and site teams from early stages through to completion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading project delivery from planning through to handover
- Coordinating consultants, subcontractors and internal teams
- Managing client relationships and key stakeholders
- Driving safety, quality, programme and commercial outcomes
- Identifying and managing project risks and reporting requirements
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a building construction environment
- Experience delivering large‑scale community, health, education or infrastructure projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A collaborative, solutions‑focused approach
- Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or similar
