Oversee residential and commercial renovation/construction projects, ensuring on-time delivery, budget control, and client satisfaction while coordinating subcontractors and in-house teams.
Management of renovation/construction projects for residential & commercial (office, retail, F&B, etc)
Job Description:
- On-time delivery of all projects
- Budgetary control of all projects
- Ensure smooth operations
- Proper coordination with all sub-contractors and in-house workers
- Ensuring all products are delivered to the requirements and specifications of clients
- Ensure good workmanship of all products
- Maintain good communication with clients and proper conveying of requirements to back-end subcontractor / in-house workers
Requirements:
- Min ITE / Diploma of Engineering discipline preferred
- Min 3 years in related field preferred
- Ability to communicate with Chinese speaking clients
- Basic salary, allowance & incentive
- Car can be provided
