Job Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a staff of agents and technicians
- Plan, schedule and coordinate the preparation of documents and activities for multiple major projects
- Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules
- Develop project work plans
- Lead proposals and project pursuits
- Prepare scope and fee proposals
- Recognize, define, and negotiate changes in scope
- Manage monthly project accruals and other project accounting and reporting activities
- Facilitate invoicing and accounts receivable
- Manage the completion of quality control activities
- Take the role of client manager
- Lead project meetings and give presentations
- Develop a network of business contacts for potential clients
