Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for project execution and timely completion.
• Preparation and monitoring of project execution plans and schedules.
• Monitoring physical and financial progress against approved targets.
• Coordination with client, consultant, government authorities and internal departments.
• Review and approval of construction methodology, drawings and technical requirements.
• Monitoring manpower, machinery, materials and subcontractor performance.
• Ensuring quality, safety and compliance with project specifications.
• Resolution of site-level technical and contractual issues.
• Monitoring billing, measurements, variations, claims and project cost.
• Conducting regular project review meetings and submitting MIS/progress reports to management.
• Ensuring successful testing, commissioning and final handover of the project.
