Role Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team. As Project
Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing projects across various
sectors, ensuring the successful execution of projects from inception to completion. The
role will be very hands on and a lot of on site meetings dealing with contractors and
stakeholders. Experience in this area is essential.
- To carry out the role of company representation on site and to interface between the
- company and client
- Manage and motivate site teams
- Manage and motivate sub-contractors
- Ensure all processes are being adhered to on a project by project basis
- Ensuring that end product meets customers expectation in relation to build and finish
- All Health & Safety and other regulatory matters
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ main contractor experience
- Experience of coordination of workshop drawings, interfacing with Design Teams / Clients, Reporting/ Scheduling & Programming.
- Experience of commercial, residential, and fit out sectors is required
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Self-motivated and hard worker
- Strong team building and leadership skills
- Technical and practical knowledge of the building industry
- Advance knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint, Project, CAD and other industry specific software an advantage
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills
- Travel when required
