Are you an experienced IT Project Manager who thrives on delivering technology solutions that make a real impact? We're seeking a motivated and highly organised professional to lead and support in the successful delivery of technical projects across the business.

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and senior leaders, you'll play a key role in driving technology initiatives that support business growth and operational excellence.

What You'll Be Doing

As an IT Project Manager, you'll manage a portfolio of technology projects, ensuring clear governance, effective stakeholder engagement, and successful delivery of business outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans, timelines, governance structures, and reporting frameworks.
  • Managing the delivery of IT projects from planning and mobilisation through to implementation and post-project review.
  • Collaborating with technology teams, business stakeholders, and third-party suppliers to ensure project objectives are clearly defined and achieved.
  • Leading project teams and coordinating resources to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Managing project budgets, forecasting expenditure, and ensuring effective financial control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Providing regular project status updates, budget reports, and progress reporting to stakeholders and governance groups.
  • Ensuring adherence to project management methodologies, governance standards, and best practices.
  • Managing vendor relationships and contractual obligations in partnership with Procurement and Finance teams.
  • Supporting change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and processes.
  • Building strong working relationships across IT, Operations, Finance, PMO, and senior leadership teams.
