PROJECT MANAGER
Summary
Manages mechanical and electrical (M&E) construction projects, overseeing site supervision, budgets, timelines, and compliance with industry standards while coordinating with subcontractors, stakeholders, and consultants.
- Oversee and manage M&E projects across various sites, ensuring alignment with project goals, budget, and timeline.
- Responsible for site supervision and implementations,
- Review and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, including addressing project variations, delays, or unforeseen challenges.
- Ensure the implementation of mechanical and electrical installations complies with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.
- Interpret shop drawings, technical specifications, and ensure clear communication with all site personnel and stakeholders.
- Supervise subcontractors and coordinate with the project team to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Facilitate collaboration with consultants, architects, subcontractors, and authorities, attending site meetings to track project progress and resolve issues.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with all project stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and effective problem resolution.
- Enforce safety protocols on-site, ensuring compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
- Implement quality control and ensure projects meet all specified requirements.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in managing M&E projects in construction, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Project Management certifications preferred.
- Strong knowledge of M&E systems, construction processes, and industry regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
