🎓 Qualifications & Experience

✔ Experience: 7–8 years in the Development Sector.

✔ Team Management: 3–4 years of experience managing teams.

✔ Education: Postgraduate degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Environmental Sciences, or related fields.

🛠️ Skills Required

✔ Strong written communication skills

✔ Proficiency in English and Hindi

✔ Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills

✔ Project Planning & Management

✔ Team Leadership & Coordination

🌍 Preferred Profile

✔ Experience in urban/rural development, environment, climate change, sustainability, or public policy.

✔ Knowledge of sustainability and waste management issues preferred.
