Project Manager (SaaS Industrial)

About the role

We are looking for an IT Project Manager with experience in SaaS solutions for the industrial sector to lead technological projects in the energy sector. The position is located in Madrid and is oriented towards the efficient management of key technological projects.

• Direct hire with an end client in the technological sector - renewable energies.
• Hybrid remote/on-site model, central Madrid area.

What you'll do

• Plan and coordinate technological projects related to industrial SaaS solutions end-to-end, from gathering requirements with the client and translating them to the technical team, to implementation and maintenance.
• Manage the necessary resources to guarantee the delivery of projects on time and in the correct manner.
• Supervise the fulfillment of objectives and the quality of the projects.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure the alignment of projects with business needs.
• Identify risks and propose solutions to mitigate possible problems.
• Guarantee fluid communication between the different project stakeholders.
• Prepare progress reports and project results.
• Implement best practices in technological project management.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Proven knowledge in technological project management, especially in SaaS solutions for the industrial sector (experience in the energy sector is highly valued).
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to identify and mitigate risks in technological projects.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira or similar.
• High level of English, both spoken and written. It will be used daily in meetings with clients and internal teams at an international level.
