PROJECT MANAGER

Summary

Manage, plan, and coordinate civil and structural works for building construction projects to meet time, cost, and EHS objectives, leading a project team and handling all project-related matters.

  1. A Degree in Engineering (Civil and/or Structural) from local universities or universities recognised by the Professional Engineers Board.
  2. At least twenty (20) years of practical working experience in the related field in building construction projects.
  3. Report to Project Director, and assist in managing, planning and coordinating civil and structural works to meet time, cost, and EHS objectives.
  4. Manage project team and handle all project related matters.
  5. Positive attitude, self-motivated, initiative and responsible.
  6. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Able to work independently.
  8. Type of contract : Permanent
  9. Remuneration shall commensurate with qualifications and experience.
