- To support product team in the development, launch, adoption , operations, and enhancement of central government products
- Interact regularly with Stakeholders to provide status report, obtain buy-in and address product issues.
- Perform procurement of resources including augmented resources, IT hardware software, licenses, and professional services
- Manage suppliers in the delivery of contractual deliverables
- To work with Agencies to schedule, plan & adopt the use of central government products.
- Response to customers queries on utilisation and billing
- Coordinate and work with relevant parties to resolve billing disputes
- Perform proper documentation and tracking of procurement and billing-related activities
- Assist Product Manager to conduct briefings and clinics.
- Familiar with use of excel and AI tools
