Project Manager / Scrum Master

We are looking for a Project Manager / Scrum Master to support a Digital Workplace environment by driving delivery, enabling Agile ways of working, and coordinating across multiple teams. You will improve flow, visibility, and outcomes through coaching and data-driven execution. Apply to help teams deliver business value.

Responsibilities

• Plan project scope, schedules, and delivery approach across multiple teams
• Execute and monitor project work to ensure predictable outcomes and timely delivery
• Coach teams on Agile practices and principles to increase quality and business value
• Facilitate Scrum of Scrums and PO syncs to surface risks and manage dependencies
• Coordinate with product owners, product managers, and RTE to plan stories based on team capacity
• Remove impediments or guide teams to resolve blockers through coordination and creative problem solving
• Track cross-team dependencies and align with other Scrum Masters to resolve conflicts
• Analyze sprint data to identify delivery risks to sprint goals and recommend actions
• Monitor Agile metrics and drive corrective actions to improve flow and predictability
• Facilitate discussions, support decision making, and resolve conflicts within and across teams
• Support internal communication to improve transparency and radiate key information
• Evaluate current ART-level practices and partner with the RTE to implement improvements

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant work experience in project management and Agile delivery
• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master for a software development team
• Strong Agile transformation experience across multiple teams
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Strong Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) knowledge and practical application
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder alignment and transparency
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2) for daily collaboration

• Jira experience for backlog, sprint, and dependency tracking
• API fundamentals to support technical conversations with delivery teams
• AI Foundations knowledge to support AI-related initiatives
