Project Manager - Security Operations (m/f/d)

Alpitronic in Bolzano, Italy, seeks a Project Manager for the Security Operations team to coordinate cybersecurity activities across multidisciplinary teams and ensure timely delivery of security-related deliverables throughout the product lifecycle.

You will be the main interface between cybersecurity, engineering, certification, and project teams, contributing to secure and compliant product development within a dynamic, high-tech environment.

Coordinate cybersecurity activities across cybersecurity, engineering, certification, and project teams to ensure timely execution and alignment of objectives. Manage day-to-day product cybersecurity activities, including security analyses, penetration testing, security validation, and certification readiness. Coordinate vulnerability management activities across development teams, ensuring rapid response, remediation tracking, and continuous follow-up. Monitor cybersecurity status, remediation progress, risks, delays, and critical issues throughout the product lifecycle. Support and coordinate security event analysis and incident investigation activities. Contribute to the continuous improvement of cybersecurity processes, governance, and operational effectiveness. Support compliance with cybersecurity standards, regulations, and certification requirements for connected products. Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience in project planning or project management within an R&D, industrial, automotive, or consulting environment coordinating multidisciplinary teams. Knowledge of connected systems, embedded products, and industrial or automotive environments. Understanding of secure product development lifecycles, threat analysis, penetration testing, vulnerability management, and vulnerability scanning.
