What You'll Do
- Work with USCP OIS staff to ensure adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Assist in defining project scope and objectives with stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation (plans, requirements, communications, agendas).
- Identify and track risks/issues to resolution.
- Manage approved changes to scope, schedule, and costs.
- Report project status to management, staff, and stakeholders.
- Apply project management methodologies (Agile, Kanban, or Waterfall) as appropriate.
- Monitor project performance using standard tools (MS Project, Teams/Planner/Planner Premium, SharePoint, ServiceNow, or similar PPM dashboards).
- Support PMO activities by coordinating with groups on internal reviews and tracking completion of findings.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing IT projects of varying size and complexity, including enterprise-level initiatives.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, required.
- An Agile certification, required: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
