Project Manager, Senior - Discrete

Senior Project Manager leading enterprise software implementations for discrete manufacturing clients, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery using Infor’s methodologies.
Infor are recruiting for a Project Manager to join our team. This individual will play a key role in driving successful implementations of Infor software solutions for discrete manufacturing industries. As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing customer expectations, project scope, schedules, budgets, and delivering business outcomes through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, including risk, scope, change, communications, and stakeholder management.
- Be the primary point of contact for clients during project delivery, cultivating strong and trusted relationships.
- Coordinate cross-functional internal teams including consultants, developers, and solution architects.
- Leverage Infor deployment methodologies, tools, and best practices to ensure consistent, high-quality execution.
- Monitor project health and performance, and proactively identify and resolve issues or roadblocks.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts across project delivery and customer success.
Basic Qualifications:
- Be an experienced project manager, ideally within the enterprise software or SaaS space.
- Experience of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet).
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certification.
- Experience working with Infor products or within industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, or distribution.
- Experience with cloud deployments, change management, and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
