Oversee large-scale construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards for commercial or residential builds.

- Basic from $9,000 to $15,000 + Bonus
- Location: Woodlands/East Coast
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction projects from pre-construction to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, site operations and progress.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and relevant authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project costs, quality, safety and contractual requirements.
- Identify and resolve project issues, risks and technical challenges in a timely manner.
- Lead and manage the project team, ensuring effective coordination and communication across all stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates on project progress, costs and key milestones to management.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in building construction for commercial, industrial or high rise private residential projects, preferably with A1 main contractors.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management and relevant regulations.
- Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
