Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full project life cycle for building projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
- Oversee site operations, project planning, coordination, and execution in accordance with project specifications and statutory requirements.
- Manage project teams, including consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers, to achieve project milestones and performance targets.
- Monitor and control project budgets, progress, schedules, and cost variations.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety, quality assurance, and environmental requirements.
- Liaise with [Client Name], consultants, and relevant authorities to resolve project and technical issues promptly.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members, fostering teamwork and accountability.

Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in building construction
- Proven track record in managing large-scale commercial, institutional, or residential building projects.
