Project Manager / Senior Project Manager (Construction) General Building
- · Lead and manage projectsfrom planning, execution to final handover
- · Oversee renovation,A&A, commercial, and condominium projects with full ownership
- · Coordinate with clients,consultants, interior designers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- · Ensure projects aredelivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards
- · Manage project schedules,cost control, and variation orders
- · Ensure compliance withregulatory requirements, including the Building and Construction Authority(BCA) and condo (MCST) guidelines
- · Conduct site meetings,monitor progress, and address technical or site issues proactively
- · Maintain proper projectdocumentation and reporting
- Requirements
- · Diploma/Degree inBuilding, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- · Minimum 3 years ofrelevant Singapore experience in renovation / A&A / commercial /residential (condo) projects
- · Good Pay + Good allowance + GoodBonus
