Summary
A Project Manager/Senior Project Manager in the Mansfield, MA office who manages small and large industrial control system projects end to end for food & beverage, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, and industrial clients, owning technical quality, schedule, and budget, plus instrumentation procurement and subcontractor management.
Overall Activities: We currently have an opening for a Project Manager/Sr. Project Manager in our Mansfield, MA office. The role level will be based on skills and experience. Working directly with clients and our project teams, you will manage both small and large industrial control system projects from concept to completion, with a focus on technical quality, client satisfaction, schedule, and budget. In this role, you will manage multiple projects for food & beverage, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, and industrial facilities in the region. This position also entails the procurement of instrumentation, coordination with our in-house panel shop, and the management of multiple subcontractors.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience working with (or relating to) instrumentation and controls
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good self-management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- Able to prepare cost estimates, proposals, and schedules for projects
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel and work on multiple projects throughout the region
