Project Manager

About the Opportunity

ServCorp (SCx) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to provide onsite leadership and operational oversight for a large-scale facilities and base operations support program.

The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, personnel, maintenance activities, customer requirements, quality, safety, work execution, and overall contract performance.

This position is ideal for an experienced facilities, base operations, facilities maintenance, or government-contract management professional who is comfortable leading multidisciplinary teams in a complex operating environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide onsite leadership and daily operational management.
• Serve as the primary management point of contact for contract operations.
• Coordinate facilities maintenance and base-support activities.
• Direct and coordinate personnel across multiple maintenance and service functions.
• Monitor preventive and demand maintenance activities.
• Coordinate work priorities, scheduling, resources, materials, and personnel.
• Maintain effective communication with Government representatives and internal leadership.
• Monitor quality, safety, productivity, and customer service.
• Support work-control, reporting, documentation, and performance requirements.
• Coordinate emergency response activities when required.
• Support Government-furnished property, equipment, materials, and resource accountability.
• Ensure work is performed in accordance with applicable standards, procedures, and contract requirements.
• Support transition, startup, staffing, and operational readiness activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• At least five (5) years of experience in base support management or a contract of similar scope and breadth.
• Experience managing facilities, maintenance, base operations, or comparable multidisciplinary services.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to work onsite at Fort Stewart/Hunter Army Airfield.
• Ability to obtain and maintain the required security clearance/access for the position.

Facility Management Credential Requirement: Candidates whose bachelor's degree is not a Bachelor of Science in Facility Management must have two of the following credentials:

• Facility Management Professional (FMP)
• Certified Facility Manager (CFM)
• Sustainability Facility Professional (SFP)
• Facilities Management Certificate

Additional Requirements

The selected candidate must be able to work in a federal installation environment and meet applicable Government access, security, and employment requirements.

Tier 3/Secret security clearance is required for this position
