Project Manager
Summary
Oversee sheet-metal roofing projects in Singapore, leading teams, managing AutoCAD drawings, timelines, and site logistics while ensuring safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate effectively within a team and lead a team of foreign workers to achieve project goals
- Interpret and create detailed AutoCAD drawings to support project execution
- Prepare and submit weekly progress reports for site operations and management review
- Manage material ordering processes to ensure timely availability for site activities
- Coordinate closely with the Maincon Site Manager to align on scope of works and project requirements
- Execute duties with diligence and precision to maintain high-quality standards
- Apply comprehensive knowledge of site safety requirements to uphold a safe working environment
- Drive vehicles responsibly to support site logistics and operations
- Manage project timelines and productivity to meet target schedules and deliverables
Required competencies and certifications
- Possess a valid Singapore driver’s license to operate vehicles on site
- Batchelor's degree in Civil Engineering

- Work schedule: 6-day work week, 8am to 7pm
