PROJECT MANAGER
Summary
The Project Manager oversees the full lifecycle of construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and cost objectives are met. Responsibilities include planning, material procurement, team management, and project handover.
1. Accountability for Core Objectives
Preside over the overall work of the project department and take primary responsibility for the four core objectives of the project, namely safety, quality, schedule, and cost. Strictly implement the company's rules and regulations as well as the terms of the engineering contract.
2. Full-Cycle Planning and Management
Take charge of project front-end planning, prepare and organize the implementation of the project construction organization plan, schedule, material procurement plan, and capital demand plan. Conduct dynamic monitoring and adjustments to plan execution throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Project Closeout and Team Building
Oversee project handover and acceptance procedures, ensure proper archiving of completion documents and technical records, and manage the establishment, task allocation, and performance evaluation of the project team.
