Oversee end-to-end technology projects in Singapore, coordinating teams and customers to deliver complex systems on time while managing scope, risks, and quality.
Job Description
1. End-to-End Project Management
- Manage the full project lifecycle from planning, execution, deployment, and customer acceptance to project closure.
- Develop project plans, monitor progress, manage scope, risks, and changes, and ensure on-time delivery.
2. Customer & Delivery Management
- Serve as the primary customer interface and lead project planning, solution alignment, deployment, and acceptance activities.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
3. Technical & Quality Management
- Maintain a solid understanding of system architecture and integration to support technical decision-making and issue resolution.
- Lead quality assurance, customer acceptance, and continuous process improvement to enhance delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Job requirements
1. 5+ years of project management experience, with proven experience leading complex system implementation or technology projects.
2. Proficient in project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) and tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
3. Excellent stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills in a multicultural environment.
