Project Manager - SIP/Unified Comms (Senior Consultant)
Location: City of London - onsite 3 days per week

Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 - dependent on experience

Role:
Supporting one of our key customers in Central London, you will be joining our energised and focussed Programme and Project team who are working hard to deliver exceptional value across a global estate.
With a demonstrable background in infrastructure project delivery, you will have successfully managed complex, highly visible technical projects, ideally including SIP trunking, Unified Communications, telephony, contact centre, voice, network or collaboration technology change.
Responsibilities of the Project Manager include:
- Define, agree and manage the delivery approach, plan, dependencies and resources required for technical infrastructure workstreams
- Lead delivery of SIP / Unified Communications projects, including planning, migration, cutover, testing, service transition and operational handover activities
- Coordinate technical teams, third-party suppliers and client stakeholders across voice, network, telephony, contact centre and collaboration technology workstreams
- Ensure solution designs, implementation plans and delivery activities align with the customer’s infrastructure strategy, technical standards and governance requirements
- Work closely with internal management, business stakeholders and external partners to develop effective delivery plans, service models and transition approaches
- Maintain robust governance, including plans, RAID, reporting, decision logs, dependency management and escalation routes
- Manage relevant vendors and suppliers, ensuring delivery commitments, risks and issues are actively tracked and resolved
Responsibilities of the Project Manager include:
- Proven experience as an Infrastructure Project Manager delivering technical change in complex enterprise environments
- Hands-on project delivery experience across SIP trunking and Unified Communications, ideally including telephony migrations, voice platforms, contact centre technologies, Microsoft Teams Phone or equivalent UC platforms
- Strong understanding of infrastructure delivery dependencies across networks, security, endpoints, identity, service management and operational support models
- Focussed on Delivery: An ability to demonstrate a high degree of competency in project management, with similar experience in a client-facing position and in fast-paced, technically complex environments
- Strong Multitasker: Demonstrates the ability to manage and prioritise multiple technical workstreams simultaneously, pivoting quickly with an agile and pragmatic approach
- Confident Communicator: Has excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of translating technical delivery detail for business, operational and senior stakeholder audiences
- Proactive Ownership: Possesses a curious mindset, takes full ownership of delivery outcomes, and actively seeks efficient, innovative ways to optimise project processes
- Team Player: A dedicated team player who proactively identifies opportunities to support colleagues, technical teams and client stakeholders to achieve shared outcomes

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for planning, reporting, data analysis and executive presentations
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior sponsors, architects, engineers, service owners and business users
- Legal industry or professional services background
- Ability to operate within a consulting environment
- Relevant certifications in your area of expertise
