Project Manager [SL]

Support the Project Manager in managing designated project sections, coordinating site activities and monitoring overall progress.

Develop detailed work schedules and coordinate resources to ensure timely completion in accordance with the master programme.

Implement company procedures and project requirements relating to ISO quality management, EHS, environmental sustainability and gracious workplace practices.

Monitor construction quality to ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications and client and consultant requirements.

Ensure construction activities comply with applicable statutory requirements, permits and authority guidelines.

Coordinate with consultants, clients and relevant stakeholders to resolve technical issues and manage shop drawing, material sample and other required submissions.

Monitor subcontractor performance, work progress and compliance with contractual and technical requirements.

Track project costs, control expenditure and identify opportunities to minimise unnecessary costs while maintaining quality.

Lead and coordinate project team members to ensure work is carried out efficiently and in accordance with established procedures.

Promote effective communication, teamwork and continuous improvement across the project team.

Undertake other duties assigned by the Project Manager to support successful project delivery.
