Project Manager

Summary

Manages construction projects including addition, alteration, and upgrading works, coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities while ensuring schedules and contract specifications are met.

Requirements

  • Preferably someone with a Diploma or Degree in the relevant field of study

  • A minimum of at least 2 years' relevant working experience in project management on construction project, addition & alteration, upgrading, improvement works in building development and have good knowledge of tender and contract management

  • Fresh graduates are welcome

  • Understand and have good knowledge in local regulations and authorities submission requirement


Responsibilities: -

  • Liaise with client's representatives on all site matters with proper documentation.

  • Ability to deal effectively with all consultants, construction teams, and relevant authorities.

  • Ability to clearly and effectively express ideas, thoughts, and concepts verbally and in written form.

  • Ability to coordinate with relevant parties to manage the progress of the project to make sure that the schedule is kept.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.

  • Liaise closely with sub-contractors, architects, consultants and relevant authorities to ensure the smooth execution of project.

  • Ensure that works are executed in accordance with approved plans/drawings and in accordance with contract specification.

  • Able to chair project kick-off meetings, progress meeting and all other project related meetings with clients, consultants and other parties.

  • Any other related duties that may be assigned.
