Project Manager (SO Representative)

Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive construction plans and monitor progress, adjusting as necessary to ensure successful completion
Coordinate and allocate resources effectively across various project stages
Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders
Identify and mitigate potential risks that may impact project timelines or outcomes
Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines
Provide regular progress reporting to client and senior management
Foster strong relationships with client, M&E contractors, and other stakeholders
Implement and maintain project management best practices and methodologies
Mentor and guide project team members, promoting a collaborative and high-performance environment
Ensure project deliverables meet or exceed quality standards and client expectations

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of project management experience in infrastructure/building projects
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
Experienced in Contract Administration, management of claims and Extension of Time
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
