Project Manager (SO Representative)
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive construction plans and monitor progress, adjusting as necessary to ensure successful completion
- Coordinate and allocate resources effectively across various project stages
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate potential risks that may impact project timelines or outcomes
- Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines
- Provide regular progress reporting to client and senior management
- Foster strong relationships with client, M&E contractors, and other stakeholders
- Implement and maintain project management best practices and methodologies
- Mentor and guide project team members, promoting a collaborative and high-performance environment
- Ensure project deliverables meet or exceed quality standards and client expectations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of project management experience in infrastructure/building projects
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Experienced in Contract Administration, management of claims and Extension of Time
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
