Project Manager
Summary
Manages IT projects end-to-end, coordinating teams and customers to deliver technical solutions on time and within budget using Agile/Scrum and PMBOK.
We are looking for an IT Project Manager who will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of IT projects - from gathering and analyzing business requirements to the successful implementation of technical solutions. A key aspect of this role is effective collaboration with customers, development teams, architects, engineers, and external vendors.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
Experience managing project budgets and financial planning.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience working directly with customers and managing stakeholder expectations.
Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Excel.
Upper-Intermediate (B2) English level or higher.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field (technical or marketing background is a plus).
Responsibilities:
Lead the full lifecycle of IT projects, from planning to successful delivery.
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, resources, and risks.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
Deliver projects using industry best practices and methodologies, including PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum.
Coordinate collaboration between business stakeholders, engineering teams, architects, and third-party vendors.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and agreed quality standards.
Monitor project progress, proactively manage risks, dependencies, and change requests.
Prepare, maintain, and update project documentation.
Coordinate external suppliers and implementation partners.
Present project status, progress, and outcomes to customers and executive management.
Ensure the delivered solutions meet agreed business and technical requirements.
Preferred Technical Knowledge:
Experience managing infrastructure projects (networks, servers, cloud platforms, or data centers).
Understanding of IT infrastructure architecture and networking fundamentals.
Experience coordinating system integrations using APIs or other integration technologies.
Understanding of information security concepts (VPN, Firewalls, IAM, SSL/TLS).
Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and different deployment environments (Development, Test, Staging, Production).
Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
Ability to read technical documentation and architecture diagrams (UML, BPMN, C4, or similar).
Basic knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, and Azure DevOps (or similar tools).
Nice to Have:
Previous experience as a Business Analyst is an advantage.
Experience working in fast-paced, high-load, and multi-project environments.
Experience delivering infrastructure or system integration projects.
Understanding of the telecommunications industry.
Experience working with enterprise information systems.
Professional certifications such as PMI/PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or other project management certifications.
