We’re looking for a proactive and technically minded Project Manager to join an education vendor and lead the successful delivery of internal and external software projects. These projects include new product development, client onboarding, and enhancement of existing SaaS platforms.
In this role, you’ll manage the full project lifecycle — from planning to execution — while working closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients. You’ll play a key part in keeping projects on track, within budget, and aligned to business goals.

What you'll do:
- Lead software delivery projects (internal or client-facing)
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple initiatives
- Facilitate project workshops, sprint planning, and regular updates
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams
- Track risks, issues, and ensure quality delivery
- Maintain clear project documentation and stakeholder reporting
- 4–6 years of project management experience in tech or SaaS (ideally Education) - would suit someone from vendor side.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Confidently managing cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
- Comfortable with technical concepts and working closely with developers
