Project Manager – Software (Semiconductor Equipment) - Taipei/Hsinchu/Tainan

【About the Role】
1. Lead new software project introduction from concept to release, aligned with product roadmap and business goals.
2. Plan and manage project scope, schedule, resources, and risks.
3. Coordinate cross‑functional teams across software, system, hardware, QA, manufacturing, and service.
4. Drive project execution to meet scope, schedule, cost, and quality targets.
5. Track progress, identify risks and issues, and drive timely mitigation actions.
6. Communicate project status, conduct reviews, and manage stakeholder alignment.
7. Support change management, post‑release reviews, and continuous improvement.
8. Collaborate with customers and internal teams to align requirements and delivery plans.
