Responsibilities
- Manage multiple remote teams executing projects at the site
- Identify bottlenecks and take proactive action to resolve them
- Utilize cloud-based project management platforms to plan and execute projects
- Develop and implement processes for seamless installation and commissioning
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Achieve daily and weekly installation targets set by management
- Coordinate with field teams for seamless project execution
- Ensure timely project documentation and handover
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
Requirements
Requirements:
- Graduate or Diploma in Engineering, Science, Commerce, or Management (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in project management and execution (Solar/Renewable sector preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English
- Good presentation and negotiation skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Inventory software, MS Office, Email, project management tools)
- Willingness to travel within the region
- Possesses own vehicle, smartphone, and laptop (optional)
