Project Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture.
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager on projects valued at over $50 million.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain professional relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
• Review, monitor, and coordinate approvals for shop drawings and submittals.
• Develop schedules of values and obtain billing approval from the architect or owner.
• Collaborate with the onsite Superintendent to ensure contract conformance.
• Oversee the implementation of the companys Quality Control Program for the project.
• Prepare the project budget, manage change orders, and oversee cost control adjustments.
• Prepare and monitor all required project reports and logs.
• Coordinate and attend all project meetings and final walkthroughs.
• Supervise staff, set performance expectations, provide feedback, and identify training and development needs.
• Regular on-site presence.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
