Project manager/Sr. Project Engineer

Position Summary:

Manage projects in the field of explosion protection, including product certification, quality auditing, on-site safety inspections as applicable according given authorizations. Oversee project execution and coordinate subtasks assigned to Project- and Test Engineers. Facilitate collaboration between Project Engineers, Test Engineers, Sales, Customer Service, and Testing Laboratories. Support the team in achieving annual business development goals. Serve as a speaker at seminars and industry events. Organize and conduct internal and external training sessions. Assist with inquiry handling and customer visits. Handle administrative tasks related to project setup and management.

Your Tasks:

• Manage assigned projects in compliance with internal and external requirements, standard(s), and regulations. (40%)
• Complete projects within defined lead times. (20%)
• Communicate effectively and professionally with colleagues and customers, including addressing technical inquiries, explaining complex concepts, and providing expert opinions. (10%)
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients and colleagues. (10%)
• Support business development, marketing, and sales efforts. (10%)
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Group Leader or Department Manager. (10%)

Your Qualifications:

1 Master degree or above; major in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical or other related subject or Bachelor degree

with proven work experience in Explosion Protection or TIC – industry that can be considered as equivalent.

2. At least 5 years working experience in design, manufacturing, testing or quality control in the field of explosion

protection or any other relevant industrial field;

3. Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit;

4. Good communication and interpersonal skills;

5. Good command of English and Mandarin – both written and oral;

6. Excellent project management and communication skills;

7. Physical condition allows normal working, stable outputs and business trip as required;

8. Being able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in time.
