About the Role

Stockgap Fuels Limited is seeking an experienced engineering and project management professional to lead major storage infrastructure projects, including propane and fuel oil/bitumen storage facilities, alongside CNG and LNG plant developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee construction, welding, testing, safety assurance, and commissioning of storage facilities.
• Lead concept selection, FEED, technology licensing, and EPC integration for CNG and LNG projects.
• Manage project controls, cost forecasts, reporting, and stage-gate reviews.
• Ensure HAZOP, SIL, PSSR, and MOC actions are closed before introducing hydrocarbons.
• Coordinate statutory approvals with NMDPRA, NIMASA where applicable, Fire Service, and NESREA.
• Ensure compliance with applicable engineering, safety, and quality standards.

Requirements

• B.Eng. or B.Sc. in Mechanical, Chemical, Petroleum, or Process Engineering.
• 10–15 years of experience in oil and gas capital projects, including at least 5 years as a Project Manager or Lead Engineer.
• Proven experience delivering pressurised or atmospheric storage facilities, such as spheres, bullets, or tank farms.
• Strong knowledge of API 650/620/2510, ASME VIII, NDT standards, HAZOP, SIL, and PSSR.
• PMP/PRINCE2 certification preferred.
• COREN registration and FEED-to-EPC gas project experience are strong advantages.
