Job Description:

• Facilitates strong communication within the team, working with sub-team leads to delegate tasks and ensure successful completion of multiple projects.
• Identifies issues, manages stakeholder expectations, and offers recommendations for creative solutions based on priorities and development roadmap.
• Develops an overall project view with a focus on critical priorities to help move projects along and mitigate issues.
• Maintains constant communication with stakeholders to understand their initiatives in projects and campaigns.
• Navigates all projects through the appropriate approval process.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and oral, to various internal and external stakeholders [Required]
• Ability to tailor messages to audiences at all levels of the organization [Required]
• Strong organizational skills [Required]
• Ability to focus detailed concentrated effort on multiple projects and re-establish priorities as necessary [Required]
• Ability to effectively respond to time sensitive issues and meet deadlines [Required]

Education:

• Associate [Required]
• Bachelor's [Preferred]

Work Experience:

• 3+ experience in healthcare consulting or management experience [Required]
• Experience in one or more of the following: process improvement, or project management [Preferred]

Licenses and Certifications:

• Project Management Institute (PMI) [Preferred]

$60,756.80 - $113,006.40
