Position Overview

The Assistant Project Manager will provide support for the project management team. This will include communicating with customers and subcontractors as required to ensure project goals are met and providing support for field operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in project set-up
• Understand contract scope and goals
• Generate delivery and project schedules
• Coordination with other trades
• Process and follow-up with project correspondence (RFI’s, submittals, changes to contract)
• Coordinate with subcontractors to maintain project schedule
• Attend job site meetings as required
• Coordinate on site logistics

Ideal candidate will have the following qualifications

• Associate's degree in engineering or construction related field, or relevant experience
• Valid DOL/OSHA 10-Hour construction card
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to understand project plans and specifications

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
