Job Description & Requirements

• Full-time- 5.5 working days a week
• 1 year contract first
• Able to commence work ASAP
• Strong fundamental knowledge of HVAC system, equipment (Chiller / AHU and FCU replacement) and Control logic (BMS system)
• At least 5 yrs experience in retrofitting jobs.
• Expecting night work for AHU and FCU replacement.
• Ensuring that replacement schedule agreed between the client and the contractor prior to each project commencing, updated as required to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft software (Project, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
• Ability to communicating and present work procedure (Method Of Statement) to customer.
• Project documentation and ability to produce quality Minutes of Meeting (MOM)
• Weekly 44 Hours
