About the role
Project Manager responsible for planning and managing projects to successful completion within defined timelines, scope, and budget. The role involves coordinating with IT teams, business teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution, monitoring progress, managing risks, and delivering projects according to specified requirements and quality standards.

Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues as they arise
Prepare project plans and status reports, and present progress to management and stakeholders
Manage project requirements and changes to align with business objectives
Ensure projects are delivered according to specified requirements and quality standards
About you
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
Minimum 5 years of project management experience, particularly in IT projects
Experience in banking or financial services industry is a plus
Experience in planning, executing, monitoring, and delivering projects
Strong stakeholder management, project coordination, risk management, and problem-solving skills
Ability to coordinate effectively between business and technical teams
Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure
