Project Manager (supervisory)
Salary: ₱38,000 – ₱48,000 per month
Role OverviewThe Project Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of network infrastructure, managed services, cybersecurity, and application development projects. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to client expectations while managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage full project lifecycle from planning through implementation and handover.
Lead network, SOC/NOC, managed services, and application deployment projects.
Define project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and milestones.
Coordinate client onboarding and transition into managed services.
Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
Act as the primary client contact during project delivery.
Collaborate with vendors, partners, technical teams, and stakeholders.
Provide executive-level project updates and escalation management.
At least 3 years of Project Management experience in ICT, cybersecurity, managed services, or related industries.
Experience delivering network infrastructure projects (LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, firewalls, wireless, data center).
Experience managing application development rollouts and managed services transitions.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project methodologies.
PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, Scrum, or similar certification is an advantage.
