Project Manager & Supply Chain Auditor (m/f/d)

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Project Manager for Supply Chain to support the delivery of supply chain auditing and sustainability projects. The successful candidate will coordinate international audit activities, engage with customers and suppliers, manage project KPIs and quality requirements, and progressively qualify as a supply chain auditor through training and field experience. The candidate may have also the opportunity to become an auditor and grow in technical competences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage supply chain audit projects across multiple countries and customer accounts.Support the planning, scheduling, and execution of supplier audits.
  • Participate in audits and progressively develop qualifications as a Supply Chain Auditor.
  • Act as a key contact for customers, ensuring effective communication and high service quality.
  • Monitor project performance, KPIs, timelines, and quality targets.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation.
  • Support the development of the local supply chain and sustainability services portfolio.
  • Collaborate with international teams and manage projects with a global focus.

Requirements:

  • University degree (or final-year student) in Sustainability, Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Social Sciences, or related fields.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.Interest in sustainability, responsible supply chains, auditing, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent English and Italian. Nice to have: German.
