Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams.
• Build relationships with subcontractors and security integrator partners.
• Communication - keep partners, subordinates, and executives informed on the status of projects.
• Coordinate site visits with customers through partners and in-house teams.
• Maintain job plans and specifications.
• PM projects from site visit to installation completion.
• Produce accurate estimates of material and labor costs for repairs and installation.
• Coordinate procurement and fulfillment of hardware.
• Prepare and send accurate repair and installation estimates and provide supporting documentation to subcontractors or customers.
• Plan and schedule installation and subcontracting activities.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Strong Negotiation skills with partners, security integrators, and subcontractors.
• 3-5 years of Project Management with a tech company.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Negotiation skills.
• Strong Time Management.
• Strong project management skills.
• Plus: Prior experience as a low-voltage security installer is a plus.
• Plus: Strong engineering fundamentals with low-voltage electronics and access control.
