SYNCADD Systems Project Manager
- Provide overall management, leadership, and coordination of all contract activities and personnel supporting the Fort Drum program.
- Serve as the primary management point of contact for day-to-day contract performance.
- Plan, organize, assign, and monitor work across facility survey, ePRISMS, real property, GFEBS, CADD, GIS, data analysis, and data entry activities.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, priorities, staffing plans, work assignments, production targets, and internal milestones necessary to meet contract requirements.
- Lead coordination among technical team members to ensure survey findings, floor plans, GIS data, real property records, and business system data are accurately reconciled and delivered.
- Monitor project performance against contract requirements, schedules, quality standards, and deliverables; identify risks and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Lead and participate in kick-off meetings, progress meetings, technical coordination meetings, briefings, and other scheduled or unscheduled meetings related to contract performance.
- Coordinate with Government stakeholders to establish work priorities, obtain access, resolve data discrepancies, validate technical findings, and support timely Government review and acceptance.
- Ensure technical work is performed in accordance with applicable Army real property, IGI&S, ePRISMS, GFEBS, SDSFIE, quality assurance, cybersecurity, information protection, and records management requirements.
- Ensure project personnel maintain required qualifications, training, CAC eligibility, installation access, and other security or administrative requirements throughout contract performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
- Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary technical projects or programs with responsibility for personnel, schedules, deliverables, quality, and customer coordination.
- Experience supporting Federal Government or Department of Defense contracts is strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of Army real property, facility management, IGI&S/GIS, ePRISMS, GFEBS, CADD, or related installation data environments is preferred.
- Strong leadership, planning, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with military personnel, civilian Government personnel, technical staff, subcontractors, and company leadership.
- Valid state driver’s license.
- Ability to obtain and maintain required installation access, Common Access Card (CAC) eligibility, and a favorable background investigation/clearance determination required for the position.
- Ability to work full-time on site at Fort Drum and support required Government operating hours.
