Project Manager - System Implementation
Salary: $125k-130k + Super
- Lead the implementation of a new membership management platform.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to improve systems, data, and processes.
- Drive end-to-end project delivery, managing vendors, budgets, risks, and outcomes.
- 12 month fixed term contract | Hybrid | Sydney CBD | $125-130k + Super
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of iMIS, coordinating project plans, timelines, resources and stakeholders.
- Partner with leaders across the organisation to understand business needs, address challenges, and support successful project delivery.
- Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings, workshops and project updates to ensure alignment and momentum.
- Monitor project progress, milestones, risks and dependencies, providing clear reporting to senior leadership.
- Identify and resolve issues impacting delivery, particularly across systems, integrations and data processes.
- Support the transition from existing platforms and processes, ensuring business requirements are captured and prioritised.
- Ensure compliance with procurement, contract management and governance requirements.
- Maintain project documentation, reporting and dashboards.
- Promote knowledge sharing, continuous improvement and best-practice project delivery across the organisation.

- Demonstrated experience leading system implementations, migrations, or transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of business systems, databases, CRM platforms, and system integrations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and complex project environments.
- Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work through ambiguity and build effective relationships.
- Experience working in a small to medium-sized organisation with a hands-on, adaptable approach.
- Calm, adaptable and able to perform under pressure.
- Project Management qualification.
- Experience within a membership-based, not-for-profit, or similar organisation.
- Experience with iMIS or comparable CRM/membership management systems.
