Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead IT and AV infrastructure projects for corporate clients in South Korea. This role requires strong project management skills, technical understanding, and the ability to engage with clients and vendors in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Technical Oversight
- Manage multiple IT and AV infrastructure projects from planning to delivery
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and quality execution
- Maintain project timelines, budgets, and compliance with client requirements
- Review vendor proposals for cost-effectiveness and technical accuracy
- Identify and mitigate project risks
Supply Chain Management
- Build relationship with suppliers and vendors in the IT and AV industry to maximize negotiation outcomes for the business
- The sourcing, selection and approval of new suppliers to be entered into the system. Ensuring information is regularly updated in the system.
- Request for quotes and issue quotes related to procurement services
- Issue purchase orders and manage order deliveries, including contributing to monthly forecast processes
Pre-Sales Support
- Collaborate with the sales team to scope project requirements and prepare proposals
- Participate in client meetings and assist in presenting technical solutions
- Prepare project estimates, schedules, and resource plans
- Contribute to bid documentation and technical write-ups
Communication & Documentation
- Prepare and present project documentation using Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Provide regular updates and reports to management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in IT and AV infrastructure project management
- Familiarity with PMI, Prince2, or other project management methodologies
- Technical expertise in one or more of the following:
- Structured Cabling, Racks
- AV & Video Conferencing Systems
- Door Access Control
- MEP or HVAC
- Data & Telephony Networks
Language Requirements
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Korean proficiency required for local client engagement
