Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage client accounts (MNCs, SMEs, e-commerce) interested in sourcing from Taiwan
• Organize trade meetings, webinars to promote Taiwan–Singapore business ties
• Promote Taiwan trade shows and procurement events through local networking
• Plan and support receptions at key trade fairs (e.g., Singapore FHA, MedicalFair Asia)
• Coordinate with internal teams and Taiwan HQ on trade promotion strategies and industry research
• Write industry and market reports for publication in Trade Insight magazine
• Gather market insights and support B2B matchmaking initiatives

Requirements:

• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or related field
• 2–5 years of relevant work experience in trade promotion, business development, or event/project management
• Strong interest in international trade and cross-border business development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in written and spoken English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus (toliaise with Taiwan HQ and partners)
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks with tightdeadlines
• Prior experience working with government trade agencies, businessassociations, or embassies is advantageous
