Probuilders is seeking an experienced and dynamic projects director with a strong architectural engineering background to lead and manage our building projects. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in the construction and contracting industry, with a proven track record of successfully overseeing technical teams and delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all phases of building projects, from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to quality standards and client expectations.
  • Supervise and mentor project teams, including technical managers and engineers, to achieve project objectives.
  • Develop and implement project strategies, plans, and schedules to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and resource allocation while addressing any challenges or risks.
  • Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to maintain clear communication and alignment.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards.
  • Utilize architectural and engineering software such as BIM, AutoCAD, Microsoft tools, and other specialized applications to enhance project efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil or architecture from a reputable university (master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the construction or contracting industry.
  • Previous experience as a technical manager, managing teams of 5 or more employees.
  • Proven expertise in building projects and construction methodologies.
  • Proficiency in BIM, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and other relevant engineering software.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
