About the role
Are you an expert in the economic control of construction projects but are you tired of the role in Design Offices?
One of our clients, a leader in project management and cost control with more than 25 years of experience in executing high-profile construction projects in Spain and internationally, is looking for a Project Manager to expand their team.
What you'll do
Plan, coordinate, and supervise all phases of the project, from design to completion, together with the client.
Define and manage the project schedule, budget, and resources in collaboration with the Quantity Surveyors team.
Act as the main point of contact with clients. Supervise compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and contractual requirements. Manage risks and resolve problems proactively to avoid delays or budget deviations.
Coordinate internal and external teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors. Prepare progress reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Guarantee the quality of execution and client satisfaction in the project delivery.
What we're looking for
What do you need to make a Match?
Degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
Advanced knowledge of Excel (for cost control). As well as Presto, Project (for project planning), and AutoCAD suites.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.
Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) methodologies.
Analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a team and communicate with multiple stakeholders.
Advanced level of Catalan and Spanish; knowledge of English will be valued.
