Project Manager

About the role

Our client, a company specializing in the organization and production of weddings, celebrations, shows, and corporate events, wants to hire Project Managers to coordinate and execute events from start to finish, ensuring technical and operational quality and an impeccable experience for every client.

What you'll do

●Lead projects from the initial brief to the final delivery.

●Continuous communication with the client and scope management.

●Scheduling of meetings, technical visits, and validations.

●Creation of timelines, checklists, and production documentation.

●Coordination with the Renderer, CAD Technician, COO, Backoffice, and Warehouse.

●Supervision during setup when required.

●Validation of technical needs: sound, lighting, structures, video.

●Control of the project's operating budget.

●Direct reporting to the COO.

●Management of external suppliers (technicians, rentals, structures, staff).

●Ensure that every delivery meets timelines and quality standards.
