Project Manager
Summary
Leads digital projects in the public sector, coordinating teams, gathering requirements, and delivering applications using Agile/Waterfall while managing stakeholders and enterprise architecture.
· At least seven (7) years of experience in project management, digital governance or technology delivery.
· Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline (diploma holder with strong experience will be considered).
· Experience in leading application implementations, workshops, requirement gathering, application design, developing project deliverables and test execution, preferably in public sector organisations.
· Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
· Good understanding of system development, integration concepts and familiar with enterprise architecture principles.
· Good working knowledge of project management framework, preferably with professional certifications in PMP, CITPM, Scrum Master, Product Owner, TOGAF, ITIL or equivalent.
· Familiar with SDLC, Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies and operational readiness processes. Certifications in these area would be an advantage.
· Familiar with Java, Python, React, Angular, SQL and cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Microsoft Azure). Certifications in these area would be an advantage.
· Able to work proficiently with tools such as Atlassian (e.g. JIRA, Confluence), Microsoft Office (Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, Power-point).
