Lead customer deployments of ID8's AI-driven procurement and supply chain platform. Own end-to-end delivery from requirements definition through go-live and adoption, partnering with customers, product teams, and technical specialists. You'll drive scope clarity, create structured documentation, and ensure customers get maximum value from the platform.

?? WHAT YOU'D DO:

• Conduct structured discovery sessions to capture business, functional, and technical requirements; produce detailed BRDs and Statements of Work to align expectations with delivery execution.
• Own delivery lifecycle from initiation through go-live, ensuring project plans, timelines, and milestones stay on track and stakeholder alignment is maintained.
• Coordinate deployment activities including testing, validation, and readiness assessments; plan and deliver end-user training to ensure smooth adoption.
• Act as central coordinator across customers, ID8 teams (product, engineering, data), and partners; maintain clear communication and status reporting across all levels.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and scope changes early; drive resolution through cross-functional coordination.
• Support development of standardized delivery playbooks and best practices to scale ID8's implementation model.

?? WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Project Management, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4+ years of project management experience in SaaS, software, or technology environments.
• Advanced English (C1/C2) for daily stakeholder communication.
• Dominio de Excel para controles presupuestales, Word y herramientas Office, así como de IA con ChatGPT, Claude o Gemini.
• Proven ability to deliver complex, multi-stakeholder implementations with demonstrated success creating BRDs, SOWs, and solution documentation.
• Strong ability to capture, structure, and communicate complex requirements clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of software deployment, SaaS delivery models, data integrations, and system workflows.
• ?? PLUS: Background in procurement, supply chain, or operations; experience with AI-driven or data-driven platforms; startup or scale-up environment experience; familiarity with enterprise delivery models.
